Pick a slow moving physical activity such as yoga, tai chi or stretching, paying particular attention to my breath. Focus my attention to what I am grateful for rather than the physical sensation durring the activity.
I choose stretching. I found a few 10-20 minute full body stretching workouts I have been “meaning to try” for about a month. I am going to use this challenge to accomplish follow through as well as meet the task at hand.
