So, I get a LOT of scammers reaching out and I finally have my response created for all texts or emails I receive, to just copy and paste for the sheer joy it brings me. and I just had to share in my delight. It isn’t funny but it sure does make me feel better to do it. I’m sure there are some witty replies readily available, but I like mine just fine.

One of the most important steps your unit can take to protect cash — and you the cash handler — is to separate cash handling duties among different people. This way, no one person has control over the entire cash handling process. This principle is called Separation or Duties or Segregation of Duties.
Practice – In separation of duties at least two people are involved in any cash handling transaction.
Control – Separate cash handling duties, whenever possible, to different people.
1) Winning out of country lottery (Generally on the elderly – such a sad state you have to be in to steal from a pension)
2) Purchasing equipment or supplies to set up working remotely by means of a cashier’s or fake check which you overpay and want excess reimbursed or sent elsewhere (every job sight I receive an interview request every few months. This month twice)
3) Offering a rental which a potential renter sends deposit sight unseen with a promise of a key. They even use the homeowner’s name and the physical house he owns for validation of legitimacy (Craigslist…tsk tsk)
Don’t you get tired of doing this? Why not get a legitimate job and work like the rest of us. If you are in a country where money is needed so badly, I am sorry and will pray that a better way opens up for you. But I do get sick of working so hard and having to deal with these baited attempts to steal money I rightfully earned.
The only saving grace that keeps me from holding a grudge each and every time one of you try to use this infuriating scam I remember what scripture tells me:
31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Ephesians 4:31-32 NIV
I with all my heart will pray that whatever is negating your conscious to walk this path, finds healing and deliverance. The fact that you willingly ignore that you are taking what is not yours and destroying others in the process, without ever connecting with that reality gives me so much compassion for the empty life you are living. The government takes all the money I am will ever donate unwillingly. Your judgement is coming and I sincerely fear for your sentence.

Having a huge fear of heights, it’s fun to imagine my first jump.
