Good Bye and God Bless

Well guys it’s been a fun ride.  I feel my need to blog is over because my heart is so focused on Jesus and service for Him, that I don’t have room for anything else.  He is my King, my Comforter and THE Love of my life.  Through prayer and fasting He has showed me that my that my season here is over. I only write this last post to say, if you are reading this, please take the signs of the times seriously.  If you turn toward Him, read His word, He will enter in so quickly and fully, for He doesn’t want any to perish.

His love is beyond measure and His kingdom is a reward for our faith. He’s coming so very very soon!  The time to make your choice is NOW!!! I do not know the hour of the day, but it is so soon I feel urgent to warn at every opportunity.

Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. For it will come upon all those who live on the face of the whole earth. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:34-36)

Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left. Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. (Matthew 24:40-44)

May God Bless You and Praise Jesus my King and Savior.

Soon!

Soon!

Lord I’m ready now.
I’m waiting for your triumphant return. (You’re coming so soon).
This world has nothing for me,
I find my peace and joy solely in You. (Only in You).
I want the world to see,
You’re alive and living well in me.
Let me be a part,
of the harvest for the days are few. (You’re coming soon).
Chorus:
So People get ready,
Jesus is coming soon
we’ll be going home.
People get ready, Jesus is coming
to take from the world his own.
People get ready, Jesus is coming.
Soon we’ll be going home.
People get ready, Jesus is coming
soon we’ll be going home. (We’ll be going home).
Verse 2:
Theres a day that comes
when we will be divided right and left.
(For those who know Him and those that do not know).
And those whoknow Him well, will meet Him in the air.
Hallelujah! (God is within us).
And those that do not know, they will hear “Depart I knew you not.”
For my friends you see,
there will be a day when we’ll be counted.
So know Him well, know Him well.
Chorus
(To take His own, to take His own…).
(We’ll be going home, we’ll be going home…).
For my friends you see,
there will be a day when we’ll be counted.
So know him well, know him well.

Crystal Lewis – People Get Ready Lyrics

Daniel 12:1-2 At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

Acts 3:19-21 Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, and that he may send the Christ, who has been appointed for you – even Jesus. He must remain in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.

Revelation 22:20-21 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen, Come, Lord Jesus. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.

Show Me That Smile!

Did you know  that smiling actually makes you, the person smiling, happier regardless of the situation. Normally we are hardwired to smile only during pleasant situations. The brain in turn releases endorphins which lowers stress and improves your overall mood, hence making the situation pleasant.

6 ways to get in the habit of smiling more:

  1. Smile the moment you wake up.
  2. Remind yourself in the morning that you are going to smile more today.
  3. Set reminders to smile. Put a reminder in your phone , a note attached to your visor, written on the mirror, or taped to the fridge.
  4. Create cues to smile.  When your hand hits the door to your house, when you enter work, or when you see a stop sign. Pick your cues and look for opportunities to use them
  5. Think happy thoughts.Practice leaning your thoughts into something positive.  In a frustrating situation look for something good in it.  Every day try to find something positive to contemplate.
  6. Smile at everyone you see today. And tomorrow. And the next day. And every next day after.

SEE THE BEAUTY

The body itself is quite beautiful under the microscope…These are adrenaline crystals.

These are adrenaline crystals.

Science Photo Library / Via Batsford

“[Glands that produce adrenaline] are controlled by the hypothalamus, the part of the brain responsible for instinct and emotion,” writes Salter. We always have small amounts of adrenaline in our blood, but when we’re stressed we get more.

“It widens the airways of the lungs and constricts small blood vessels. This makes the muscles work harder and produces a ‘fight or flight’ response,” he wrote.
